About the product
Our product is a white-niche marketing platform designed to help companies create job advertising campaigns and manage traffic. It's in the MVP stage, a great chance to join a small startup team and have a real impact on its development.
Product's technical stack: Python 3.11+, FastAPI, Postgres, Kafka, Kubernetes; TypeScript, React; Digital Ocean.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Test new features and ensure high-quality releases
- Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools
- Write and maintain test documentation, test cases, and reports
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to improve testing strategies
- Build and enhance our automation framework for API and functional testing
- Build QA processes from scratch
Must-have skills:
- Strong knowledge of Operating Systems (OS) and Networking (OSI model, TCP/IP Stack, DNS)
- Understanding of Testing Theory, test design techniques, and methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Databases and SQL
- Knowledge of REST, HTTP, and JSON
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)
- Familiarity and desire to work with automation testing
Nice to have skills:
- Experience with Performance Testing and Security Testing
- Familiarity with Test Automation (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress)
