Full-Time Global Business Insight Analyst

Dentons is seeking a Global Business Insight Analyst to coordinate financial data reconciliations and optimize financial processes globally. This role is crucial for Dentons' transition to a data-driven organization, impacting leadership decision-making.

The role is remote, with occasional in-office attendance. Key Deliverables include:

• Designing reconciliation processes for entity data with notifications, monitoring, and escalation paths.
• Training Dentons entities on the processes and documenting responsibilities and escalation paths.
• Developing a dashboard to monitor monthly reconciliation progress for leadership.
• Improving data capture accuracy and financial standard compliance, working with entity and global finance teams.
• Providing ad-hoc support to decision-makers to enhance Dentons' data-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring reconciled data accuracy and completeness for global platforms.
• Gathering requirements for additional analysis and collaborating with developers to meet business needs.
• Addressing data issues through remediation activity to embed financial standards.
• Building trusted relationships with finance teams globally to improve data quality.

• Strong communication skills (English, Spanish, French desirable)

Essential Qualifications/Experience include:

• Qualified accountant/engineer/data scientist with 5+ years of experience.
• Data manipulation and analysis skills, combined with business acumen.
• Strong business English, with Spanish and French desirable.
• Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills for reconciliation), Power Query, and PowerBI experience preferred.
• Process optimization and reporting design experience.
