Full-Time Global Channel Operations Specialist

Keeper is hiring a driven Channel Operations Specialist to join the Keeper Channel Sales team.

This is a 100% remote position from select locations with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area.

Responsibilities

• Create partner-oriented sales and marketing collateral to facilitate channel sales
• Manage the calendar of partner-focused events, campaigns, and special promotions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and partner agreements
• Identify, plan, and uncover opportunities to train sales and engineering representatives within our partner organizations
• Ensure accurate and timely updates on activities and issues in Salesforce
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline channel operations tools and workflows
• Triage requests from internal and external partners and route them to appropriate resources
• Align closely with Channel Sales Teams, Marketing, Product Management and Legal to our strategic initiatives
• Manage Partner Portal access, content and training
• Participate as part of the Channels team to achieve or exceed revenue targets
• Travel to customer meetings (locally and nationally) and rent and/or operate a car on behalf of the company

Requirements

• 2+ years of channel sales support or relevant experience
• Basic project management skills
• Content creation and training skills
• Strong Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Good technical capabilities, sales skills, and a strong entrepreneurial drive
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills, Google Suite heavily preferred
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time
