Position Summary:
The main responsibility is to manage the global integrity compliance program and the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 17020.
Objectives:
- Integrity Management and Governance: Responsible for the management of the Code of Ethics program globally. Key point of contact for any escalation related to integrity and compliance. Accountable for leading investigations into identified integrity issues.
- Quality Management System and Governance: Responsible for the global quality management system and maintaining ISO17020 accreditation. Provide technical support to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure compliance. Oversee and set up global quality KPIs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain documentation for the Code of Ethics compliance management system.
- Develop and update training materials to support key elements of the Code of Ethics management system.
- Perform regular internal audits and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Lead efforts to investigate, analyze, and record complaints and identified integrity issues.
- Participate in the development of quality management system documents.
- Initiate and implement quality Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) efforts.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Significant knowledge of quality management systems and code of ethics compliance.
- General knowledge of risk management, auditing, and process management.
- Demonstrated ability to perform internal audits (onsite/remotely).
- Problem-solving skills and effective communication skills.
- Ability to interpret regulations and standards.
Basic Minimum Qualifications (BMQ):
- Master’s or advanced degree in Quality Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in quality management service and auditing.
- ISO 9000 Certification desirable.
Other Factors:
- Must be able to travel (approximately 15% annually), including international travel.
