Full-Time Global Market Intelligence Manager

Reporting to the Head of Business Intelligence, you will drive revenue growth and oversee the strategic direction, operations, and financial performance of the data-driven business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the commodities data business unit internationally.
• Manage a high-performing team (sales, analytics, delivery).
• Identify new revenue streams from data assets.
• Lead the full sales cycle (prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contract).
• Develop strong client relationships globally.
• Monitor account performance and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Oversee data management and quality initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations (tracking, forecasting, budgeting).
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Legal.
• Collaborate with other business units for data-driven initiatives.
• Ensure efficient service delivery.
• Stay updated on data technologies and implement new solutions.
• Ensure global data governance and privacy compliance.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years experience in data monetization, strategy, or business management, preferably in natural resources.
• Post-graduate degree (business, data science, or related field preferred).
• Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Fluency in English, additional languages a plus.
• Familiarity with AI/ML models is a plus.
