Job Details
Manage and grow the ServiceNow Partners LinkedIn page, including planning, creating, and publishing content to drive engagement and community growth.
Own the relationship with the email marketing team, coordinating campaign requests and ensuring alignment with broader partner communications.
Support the development and execution of partner communication plans, including writing and editing emails, newsletters, social posts, and internal updates.
Coordinate cross-functional communications, working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Track and report on key metrics to assess the impact of communications and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and partner communications.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for multiple platforms.
- Experience managing social media channels, especially LinkedIn, including content planning and performance analysis.
- Basic project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Suite, Canva, and email marketing platforms is a plus.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field, with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
