At ServiceNow in Global People, we're looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their career, all while making a giant impact.
We offer 12-week internship opportunities within our different Global People Functions. Interns will participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team building activities.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a full-time student, pursuing a Bachelor's degree, and graduating on or after December 2025
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, with an aptitude for building strong relationships with both team members and stakeholders
- Desire to eventually work in an HR function for a technology company.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bias toward execution, a doer that pays attention to details.
- Strong personal accountability to achieve goals and meet delivery dates
- Creativity and confidence to bring new ideas and provide feedback and input
- Passion for diversity, inclusion and belonging
- Experience in managing projects and knowledge of diversity and inclusion
Compensation:
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $31.39/hour, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
