Description

We seek motivated students for 12-week internship opportunities, impacting the Global People Functions at ServiceNow. The internship involves participation in:

1. Executive speaker series
2. Career development workshops
3. Philanthropic efforts
4. Team-building activities

Opportunities Include:

• Global People & Product Service Delivery Team: HR Shared Services/program management, providing support for general HR inquiries and key employee lifecycle moments (e.g., onboarding/offboarding).
• People Insights Team: Collaborates with People Analytics & Engineering, People Science & Research, AI, Data Operations, and Strategic Workforce Planning teams on projects.
• Talent Acquisition & Management Team: Supports building best-in-class recruiting processes.
• Total Rewards Team: Compensation & Benefits Intern, supporting all aspects of Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor's degree and graduating on or after December 2025.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Desire to work in an HR function for a technology company.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong personal accountability.
• Creativity and confidence to bring new ideas and provide feedback.
• Passion for diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Project management experience and knowledge of diversity and inclusion (a plus).

Compensation and Benefits

Includes base pay of $31.39/hour, equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits (health plans, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, flexible time away, and family leave programs). Compensation varies based on location.
