Reporting to the Global Procurement Excellence Manager, the Global Procurement Analyst develops deep knowledge of Procurement processes and systems, creating and driving improvements through viable automation and simplification initiatives.
Analyze and propose material cost for budget and costing process purposes, being the focal point for your designated procurement category portfolio.
Support Vendor (invoice) Management activities related to Source-To-Pay process.
Continuously improve in-depth and synthesized analysis/insights to support managers for portfolio management.
Assure vendor management data updated in SAP (contract, negotiated prices, products runs and new materials).
Active support on monthly performance analysis and reporting.
Develop automation opportunities (robotics/analytical tools) to improve process efficiency and simplification.
Develop breakthrough analytical models that support strategic business priorities.
Maintain contact with stakeholders across regions.
Ensure compliance to internal policies & procedures.
Background including statistics and predictive modelling is preferred.
Relevant experience, Data savviness & comfortable working with Excel, SAP, SharePoint, SAP Ariba, MS Office & other tools.
Broad view of Source-To-Pay process.
Successful experience of working with cross functional teams.
Excellent analytical skills, willing to develop yourself and others.
