Position Summary:As the Full Time Auditor, you will perform third-party audits per Eurofins procedures and requirements of applicable standards (i.e. GRMA, SSCI, 21 CFR 111/117 and ANSI 455-2). You will also perform information collection and analysis to provide a certification recommendation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accreditation/qualification, knowledge, and understanding of federal and state laws for dietary supplements, cosmetics, OTC, and other GxP regulations.
- Conduct and implement all audit components: managing, planning, travel, execution, and client follow-up.
- Conduct witness audits, surveillance audits, and supervision reviews.
- Maintain accredited auditor status and achieve additional scheme accreditations.
- Maintain professional development and training for audit proficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality; adhere to Eurofins and client procedures.
- Understand and practice Eurofins quality manual, policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Ensure timeliness, consistency, and accuracy in audits and reports.
- Meet 3rd-party auditor and scheme reporting requirements and KPIs.
- Attend annual informational and calibration meetings.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in food, pharmaceutical, quality related or bioscience discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing in dietary supplements, cosmetics, or drugs.
- Completed HACCP Training with certificate.
- Passed recognized Lead Auditor Training.
- Knowledge of GFSI is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, strong time management skills.
- Authorization to work in the US indefinitely.
TRAVEL:Travels up to 80% of the time (automobile/airplane, some international travel possible with 8+ hour flight time).
Position Details:Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed.
