At Resultant, we are looking for a Google Workspace Customer Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Engineering & New Business Development (50%): Partner with Account Executives, lead technical discovery, architect solutions, deliver product demos, scope engagements, and address technical objections.
- Existing Client Retention & Growth (25%): Serve as a trusted advisor, build relationships, conduct strategic reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and keep clients informed.
- Customer Training & Enablement (25%): Design training sessions, develop enablement resources, act as a change management champion, and provide post-deployment support.
Required:
- 5+ years of Google Workspace Administration or Customer Engineering experience.
- Expertise in Google Workspace suite administration, architecture, and security.
- 4+ years in a client-facing, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting role.
- Experience with Enterprise level clients.
- Track record of closing enterprise-level software resale and professional services deals.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to build rapport.
- Experience delivering technical training.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to travel 15-25%.
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Preferred:
- Google Cloud Workspace Administrator Certification.
- Experience with cloud-to-cloud migration tools.
- Proficiency with scripting for Google Workspace automation.
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management, DNS, and enterprise networking.
- Experience with MDM/EMM platforms.
