Job Details

Salary Range: $37,500-$44,600 (depending on experience).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Enrollment Process Management: Schedule appointments and/or service walk-ins for PIV Card Activations, Enrollments, Certificate Updates and PIN Resets. Answer phone calls/email inquiries for PIV credentials and access control.
  • Coordinate and conduct enrollment process, verifying applicant identity and collecting required documentation.
  • Manage appointments efficiently and accurately.
  • Documentation and Data Collection: Accurately collect personal information, biometric data, and necessary details.
  • Ensure documents and forms are completed correctly.
  • Verification and Authentication: Verify authenticity of documents to prevent fraudulent attempts. Use approved verification methods.
  • Data Security and Privacy: Handle sensitive information with discretion, adhering to data protection regulations and security protocols.
  • Maintain security and integrity of collected data.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate with applicants, explaining process and required documents.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address questions/concerns.
  • Manage customer concerns calmly and professionally.
  • Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of the enrollment process, including applicant information, enrollment date, and any issues.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets tracking applicants, contractors, and federal employee files.
  • Compliance and Training: Stay updated on policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • Participate in training to enhance knowledge of processes, data security and customer service.

Required Competencies:

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management, coordination, and reporting.
  • Ability to adapt to changing security procedures.
  • Prior experience in similar roles, customer service, or administrative positions is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.

Education: High School diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements: Sedentary work, with occasional stair climbing, standing/walking and lifting (25-30 lbs). Typing for most of the day.

Clearance Requirement: US Citizenship required. Active Public Trust/MBI clearance or ability to obtain one.
