Full-Time Growth Analyst

About the Role: We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical Performance Data Analyst. This role focuses on optimizing active listings, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating across teams (Marketing, Listings, Account Management) to enhance performance and visibility.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection & Analysis: Pull, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Track metrics (occupancy rates, revenue, operational efficiency) to provide actionable insights and present data-driven recommendations to optimize listings.
2. Listing Optimization & Quality Assurance: Regularly audit listings to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand standards. Review and optimize titles, descriptions, amenities, and photos for consistency and competitiveness. Collaborate with the Listings team to enhance rankings, engagement, and conversion rates.
3. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Listings, and Account Management to align listing optimization with company goals. Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders (property owners, team members). Support process improvements to streamline workflows.
4. System & Reporting Mastery: Navigate internal property management systems (PMS) and distribution platforms. Create, maintain, and update reports (Google Sheets, Monday.com, dashboards) to track performance. Develop automated tools and reporting mechanisms for improved data accessibility and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Strong Organization & Time Management: Exceptional attention to detail
• Analytical Skills: Experience pulling and interpreting performance data
• Proficiency with Google Sheets: Including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization
• Internal System Navigation: Comfortable learning and navigating internal systems and dashboards
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, e-commerce, or data analysis is beneficial.
• Availability: Available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.

Benefits: Fully remote work environment. Full-time position. Pay range: USD $8-$14/hour based on experience and location.
