Full-Time Growth Analyst Financial Institutions

At Anchorage Digital, we're building the world's most advanced digital asset platform for institutions. We enable institutions to participate in digital assets through custody, staking, trading, governance, settlement, and leading security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary research and data analysis to support strategic initiatives across FIG and specific business lines/client segments.
• Support and manage cross-functional projects, representing FIG with other business lines and departments.
• Participate in client conversations to develop relationships, promote growth, and progress client deals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Product to solve problems, define strategy, and execute roadmaps.
• Support strategy execution and internal FIG operations.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, business plans, reporting, and execution roadmaps.
• Work within and across FIG to gain consensus, solve issues, and present to FIG leads, Department Head, and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in traditional financial services (banking, asset management, etc.).
• 1+ year of experience in institutional crypto, with exposure to trading, settlements, or custody.
• Track record of managing cross-functional initiatives tied to institutional product/service delivery.
• Comfort engaging with institutional clients and multiple internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication, coordination, research, data analysis, and presentation skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of computer science or basic programming.
