Are you ready to lead the charge in analytics at SOFTGAMES? We’re looking for a Head of Analytics - Fully Remote to drive our data strategy and empower our teams with game-changing insights.
As the leader of our high-performing team of four data analysts, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the way we leverage data to make bold, strategic decisions that push our games and business to the next level.
Your role
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 data analysts, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration
- Collaborate with development teams to implement data instrumentation and maintain high data quality
- Partner with game development and product management teams to identify strategic opportunities for our first-party games and business, using data-driven insights and metrics to guide execution
- Build and monitor predictive models that will help daily Product, User Acquisition and Monetization decisions
- Design and implement machine learning models to enhance decision-making and business strategies
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven insights
- Optimize data pipelines in collaboration with Data Engineers
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and scalability across analytics projects
- Work with tools such as SQL, Python, Databricks, and Tableau
Your profile
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong experience with machine learning models and deployment in production environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Experience working with big data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills – ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Understanding of experimental design, A/B testing techniques and player segmentation
- Games industry experience with a strong understanding of the game and player market
- Deep knowledge of game monetization, marketing strategies, and industry trends
- Experience in Product Data Science, including areas such as churn, LTV and ROAS prediction and lifetime value (LTV) analysis
