Full-Time Head of Data & AI

In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind our data and AI strategy, ensuring alignment with Contact’s goals.

You'll establish and maintain data and AI governance policies for compliance.

Staying current with data and AI advancements, you'll integrate them into strategies.

Lead the development and delivery of AI models, focusing on machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.

Oversee data engineering efforts to build scalable data pipelines and maintain high-quality data.

Drive data analytics use to create actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Improve existing capability, communicating the importance and potential of Data & AI to stakeholders.

Work in a close-knit team, but with the backing of a large, stable organization.
