At Montu, the Risk & Compliance team is seeking a Head of Privacy and AI Enablement to join the leadership team. This role focuses on privacy, compliance, and responsible AI.
What you’ll do:
- Set the direction: Develop and execute Montu’s privacy and AI strategy.
- Advise at the highest level: Provide expert guidance on privacy and AI risks.
- Shape frameworks & policies: Build and improve privacy and AI compliance frameworks.
- Manage risk proactively: Oversee privacy and AI impact assessments.
- Engage stakeholders: Partner with various teams to embed trust and privacy.
- Lead people & culture: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years’ experience in senior compliance roles.
- Proven track record in developing privacy and AI programs.
- A strong background bridging legal/compliance and technology.
- Deep knowledge of privacy and health legislation.
- Leadership experience with coaching abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
