This role is full-time and offers home working flexibility.

Your future tasks will include:

1. Designing and implementing strategic plans, events & actions to enhance quality assurance and control
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality assurance practices into all aspects of our operations and product
3. Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of various QA professionals
4. Driving the test automation and speeding up the delivery while maintaining high quality
5. Ensuring smooth continuous integration and DevOps practices in synchronisation with other functions
6. Establishing and monitoring key quality metrics, reporting on performance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, driving a Growth Mindset in both personal and functional work
7. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA by implementing successful solutions
8. Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between the QA team, other departments, and the entire business
9. Identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains
10. Driving innovation in QA processes and tools to maintain excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
11. Hiring, mentoring, and managing performance across QA
12. Providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations

You’re going to need this to be successful in this role

• A strong sense of ownership, high self-motivation, and a focus on achieving results while working collaboratively with others
• At least 3 years of experience in QA management
• Proficiency in English at C1 level to ensure smooth communication across international teams
• Strong leadership skills with a robust background in QA
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and practices
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• A proactive mindset, sharp attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement

It’s nice if you also have

• Fluency in Russian
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in test automation and testing frameworks
• Experience with Agile software development
• Understanding of DevOps processes
