Full-Time Head of QA

• Team Leadership: Oversee a QA team of 20 engineers, including 6 Tech Leads.
• Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and implement robust QA strategies.
• Process Optimization and Documentation: Evaluate and enhance QA processes.
• Hiring and Team Development: Lead the hiring process. Develop and execute training programs.
• Test Planning and Execution: Manage all testing activities.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with development teams.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation.
• Development Plans: Create and implement individual development plans.

• Expertise in QA methodologies and tools
• Strong background in both automated and manual testing.
