Full-Time Head of Quality Engineering

As the Head of Quality Engineering, you will lead the charge in ensuring high-quality, market-leading SaaS products across multiple platforms. This role requires a hands-on leader who can code, particularly in Java, to contribute to building and enhancing our automation frameworks.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a team of quality engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Implement a scalable, automated quality assurance program.
• Increase release speed and enhance software quality.
• Create and implement test automation, performance testing, and SDLC improvements.
• Provide strategic and hands-on leadership.
• Create scalable SaaS-driven quality assurance.
• Build and optimize automated QA processes.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams.
• Set and track QA metrics.
• Plan and conduct performance testing.
• Manage defect tracking.
• Oversee capacity planning.
• Identify and mitigate product quality risks.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of quality engineering experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong coding skills in Java.
• SaaS and Fintech knowledge.
• Software development, testing, and automation expertise.
• Proven team leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with iterative problem-solving.
• Budgeting and resource management experience.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
