Full-Time Healthcare Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst, you will work with clients and service delivery teams to design, build, and configure healthcare performance tools and software applications.

This includes working with clients to understand requirements, translate client needs, and effectively organize and execute the implementation effort to ensure on-time delivery.

Our clients include hospitals and health systems, collaborative quality initiatives, and professional societies across various health specialties.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of their web applications
• Build, configure and update user interfaces to meet client-specific needs
• Gather and document client business requirements/technical specifications
• Work cross functionally with Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Report Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Integration Engineers, and Developers
• Test solutions for quality assurance and validate client requirements
• Manage Salesforce cases from assignment through execution, testing and internal/external communication
• Provide technical support across multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (Health Informatics, Information, Operations Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, or Computer Science majors preferred)
• Demonstration of strong problem-solving skills
• Record of academic and/or business achievement
• Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible in taking on multiple projects
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and process analysis skills with the ability to envision a solution from requirements
