Job Details
The Associate HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources team by managing employee onboarding, compliance, and administrative processes. This position requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- I-9 Management: Maintain and verify employee I-9 forms.
- Aide Requisition Management: Manage aide requisitions through Workable.
- New Hire Processing in ADP: Ensure onboarding paperwork is completed.
- Background Checks and Drug Screenings: Oversee background check and drug testing processes.
- Offer Letter Preparation: Create offer letters for Patient Care Coordinators and select clinicians.
- Clinician Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding sessions for clinicians.
- Rehire Processing: Complete and submit rehire templates to Payroll.
Work Environment:
This position may require both in-office and remote work.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in human resources.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP), applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workable), and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Proven ability to multitask.
