Part-Time Recruiter

We're looking for a recruiter to join Jellyvision’s Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis.

This is a part-time, temporary role expected to last 4–5 months, starting in December 2025. Hours may vary based on hiring needs—starting at 20 hours per week potentially increasing up to 40 hours per week.

What you’ll do to be successful:

• Lead end-to-end recruiting from intake and sourcing through offer and close.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, shape job descriptions, and guide them through hiring decisions.
• Identify and attract high-quality candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Deliver a seamless experience to candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with other Talent team members and business partners.
• Take on special projects to improve how we hire.

Experience & skills you’ll need:

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience
• Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of various passive and direct recruiting techniques
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Greenhouse
• Excellent attention to detail
