Intern HR Intern

We’re looking fot an HR Intern for a 6 month stint at Ixigo, with the flexibility to work from home. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and and other HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Process: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize social media, job boards, and networking to attract potential candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Assist with interview scheduling and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and assist in developing recruitment strategies.
• Talent Pipeline: Help build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives that make ixigo an attractive place to work.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Graduate in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
