What You’ll Do
- Onboarding Assistance: Support new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration. Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation. Coordinate with different departments to ensure new hires have necessary resources.
- HR Operations & Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, assist in data entry, support HR team in benefits enrolment, opt-out processes, and census data. Assist in tracking HR metrics, PTO usage, and audits.
- Collaboration: Participate in various HR department projects, locally and internationally.
Skills & Experience
- Students finishing a Human Resources or related degree
- Strong organizational skills and tech-savviness
- Detail and process-oriented
- Interest in HR processes and initiatives
- Advanced English skills
- Willingness to learn, innovate, solve problems, and be proactive
