This role supports global initiatives. Job duties include hands-on work, project management, and coordination with colleagues and third parties. Assisting with implementing new modules, improving existing features, and supporting the Workday platform is crucial.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead HR Systems enhancements throughout their lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, change management).
- Identify, lead, and promote changes to improve operations.
- Create and follow test plans for system upgrades.
- Troubleshoot HRIS issues and implement solutions.
- Increase user effectiveness by implementing improvements.
- Collaborate with global HR Systems and HR teams on projects addressing compliance and improving the user experience.
- Data collection, management, analysis, and reporting.
Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years Workday HCM experience.
- 3-5 years Payroll systems experience (Dayforce preferred).
- 3-5 years experience with Tableau or related BI tools.
- Workday Business Analysis, Business Process configuration, and Reporting knowledge.
- Expert in Workday Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Simple) and custom reports using calculated fields and integrations with inbound EIBs.
- Proficient knowledge and experience in Workday Business Processes (Hire, Terminate, Job Change, etc.).
- Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
- Project Management experience.

- 3+ years directly related HRIS and Workday experience.
- 3+ years data analytics and BI tool (Tableau) experience.
- Workday implementation and configuration experience in specific modules (HCM, Talent, Performance, Compensation, Integrations, Reporting, Time & Absence) is required.
