Role Overview:
The HubSpot Manager will be responsible for optimizing and managing company’s HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring it supports the company’s growth objectives and enhances client engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in HubSpot, an eye for analytics, and a strategic mindset for automating and scaling lead generation and nurturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HubSpot Platform Management
- Oversee HubSpot setup, customization, automation, and maintenance to align with business goals.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and lead data within the platform.
- Stay informed about new HubSpot features and integrate third-party tools to enhance functionality.
2. Sales & Marketing Optimization
- Design and implement lead generation and nurturing workflows to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and improve lead scoring criteria.
- Manage email campaigns, landing pages, and forms while optimizing content through A/B testing.
3. Data Analytics & Workflow Automation
- Generate and analyze dashboards on lead engagement, conversion rates, and campaign ROI for strategic insights.
- Develop automated workflows to enhance productivity, including triggered emails and follow-up sequences.
- Utilize analytics and reporting to measure and improve the effectiveness of initiatives, presenting insights to executives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing HubSpot CRM in a tech-driven environment, preferably in insurtech or fintech.
- proficient in Zoominfo or any other data aggregator.
- Strong understanding of marketing and sales funnels, CRM automation, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM integrations and familiarity with API connections.
- Experience in creating and managing automated marketing campaigns.
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
