Job Details
The Human Resources Intern contributes to ONC’s mission by completing essential tasks on the Human Resources team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with tasks throughout the full recruitment life cycle.
- Contribute to research to create and maintain accurate role descriptions.
- Screen and evaluate applicants.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process.
- Maintain internal paperwork and documentation.
- Assist with offboarding procedures.
- Collaborate with the HR Team Lead and Director of Human Resources.
Requirements:
- Current student working towards a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and/or related fields.
- Responsive, consistent, and effective communicator in a remote environment.
- Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.
- Google Workspace experience required.
- Satisfactory organization skills.
- Ability to keep information confidential.
- Must be authorized to intern in the U.S.
Plus: Knowledge of Canva and SignNow. Ability to attend weekly All-hands and HR team meetings.
