Full-Time IAM Service Integration Engineer

IAM Service Integration Engineer at NBC's IAM team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with delivery plans, design, and onboarding of Identity Services: SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, PKI.
• Focus on service design, analysis, and integration for smooth implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for IAM solution design.
• Analyze existing systems and processes for improvement and integration.
• Design, configure, and implement SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, PKI solutions.
• Assist in user and application onboarding.
• Develop and maintain IAM processes and procedures.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for IAM issues.
• Conduct training sessions on IAM best practices.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years experience with IAM systems (SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, PKI).
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of business analysis principles.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
• Proficient in designing and executing delivery plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in system integration.

Additional Requirements:

• Fully remote position.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 (Yearly)
