Full-Time Identity and Access Management Developer

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes for full automation.
• Define IGA service requirements (access request workflow, entitlement model, role ownership, termination, access certification).
• Manage external identity management (Azure B2B/B2C, CyberArk) and privileged access management.
• Implement Least Privileged Access Modeling, Role Based Access Control, and Separation of Duty.
• Maintain development, testing, and production systems.
• Create and update design and configuration documents.
• Translate compliance requests into technical recommendations.
• Analyze complex issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and work independently.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, status reporting, and collaborating in a team environment (across multiple time zones).

Technical Skills:

• Developing/implementing external facing applications using Azure B2C.
• Developing custom connectors/applications using Java, .Net, Python.
• Product experience with Saviynt Identity and Access Governance, or similar tools (Sailpoint, OIM).
• Identity and Access Management systems (RBAC, Single Sign-On Federation using SAML/OAuth 2.0).
• Active Directory systems, Azure EntraID, Cloud applications/application access controls, delegated administration, API gateways, and SOA services.
• Product experience includes Saviynt Identity and Access Governance, Azure B2B/B2C, and Active Directory Federation Services.
• ERP application integration (SAP and Oracle).
• Integration with cloud authentication services.
• In-depth understanding of identity lifecycle management (account management, access governance, access control).
• Configuring and supporting periodic user access certification programs.
• Governance, Risk, Compliance, and working with Internal and External auditors to support Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Audit.

Tools and Programming Languages:

• Java, ASP, VB/Java script, Shell script, .Net/C#, SQL

Experience:

• 8+ years in IT or related fields.
• 6+ years in Identity Lifecycle Management and application onboarding.

Education:

• BA or BS in IT-related degrees

Other requirements:

• English proficiency (speaking and writing)
• Primary work in a general and/or home office environment.
• 24/7 on call availability.
• Willing to perform work functions cross time zones to support US coverage needs.
