Job Details
Primary Responsibility: Assist customers with CyberArk product implementations, manage multiple simultaneous engagements, and provide technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead implementations and onboarding with customers.
- Assist customers with project planning, management, and timelines.
- Maintain customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate on training materials and curricula development.
- Support the Security Services team with technical escalations.
- Collaborate with CyberArk departments for implementation tasks.
Travel: Potential for nationwide travel up to 10% (at employee discretion).
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in technical/implementation roles deploying enterprise software.
- Tools: Experience with workflow automation tools (Workato, Tray.io, Zapier, etc).
- Programming: Experience with programming/scripting (Java, Python, PowerShell).
- IAM: Experience with Identity and Access Management solutions (SSO, MFA, SCIM, OAuth, OIDC).
- Certifications: Security+ or CISSP preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar.
- CyberArk Experience: 2+ years working with CyberArk products.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of Information Security and Network Architecture.
- Responsibilities: Ability to assume sole and independent responsibilities.
- Organization: Ability to manage detail-intensive tasks.
- Training: Ability to train technical users and conduct presentations.
- Operating Systems: Experience with Windows and UNIX operating systems.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- HRIS: Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, UKG, ADP).
- Azure/O365: Experience with Azure/O365.
Compensation: $79,000 - $110,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus. Base pay may vary.
