Full-Time Identity Security Services Engineer

The Identity Security Services Engineer assists customers in implementations of CyberArk’s products. This role involves multiple simultaneous implementations, technical support, and managing technical relationships with customers. Reports to the Director, Security Services.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead implementations and onboarding engagements with customers.
2. Assist customers with project plans and timelines.
3. Maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
4. Collaborate on training materials and curricula.
5. Support the Security Services team with technical escalations.
6. Collaborate with other departments for implementation-related tasks.
7. Potential for nationwide travel up to 10%.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a technical / implementation role deploying enterprise software.
• Experience with Workflow Automation tools (Workato, Tray.io, Zapier, etc).
• Experience with programming / scripting (java, python, PowerShell).
• Experience with Identity and Access Management solutions (SSO, MFA, SCIM, OAUTH, OIDC).
• Knowledge of Information Security and Network Architecture concepts.
• Experience with Windows and UNIX operating systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, UKG, ADP).
• Experience with Azure/O365.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar field.
• 2+ years of experience working with CyberArk products.
