Smartkarma seeks a senior independent analyst to build and scale comprehensive ASEAN equities coverage, focusing on Indonesia and the broader ASEAN region.
Experience delivering high-impact, data-driven research and bespoke client services is essential.
Research coverage includes:
- Equity bottom-up analysis: company tear-sheets, channel checks, management meetings.
- Thematic commentary: economic & sectoral drivers across ASEAN markets.
- Valuation and relative-value frameworks: benchmark comparisons and peer analyses.
- Event-driven briefs: earnings previews, corporate actions, and capital-markets updates.
Client Services:
Offer high-touch service for select institutional clients.
Experience Required:
- Extensive research and/or investment experience for institutional clients (10+ years).
- Proven track record and extensive network across ASEAN equity capital markets.
- Demonstrated ability to write research.
