Smartkarma is seeking a senior independent analyst to build and scale comprehensive ASEAN equities coverage, focusing on Indonesia and the broader region.
Experience in delivering high-impact, data-driven research and bespoke client services is required.
Research Coverage Includes:
- Equity bottom-up analysis: company tear-sheets, channel checks, management meeting takeaways
- Thematic commentary: economic & sectoral drivers across ASEAN markets
- Valuation and relative-value frameworks: benchmark comparisons and peer analyses
- Event-driven briefs: earnings previews, corporate actions, and capital-markets updates
Client Services:
Offer high-touch service for select institutional clients.
Experience Requirements:
- Extensive research and/or investment experience for institutional clients (10+ years)
- Proven track record and extensive network across ASEAN equity capital markets
- Demonstrated ability to write research
