Full-Time Indirect Sales Support Specialist

We’re looking for an Indirect Sales Support Specialist to play a key role in growing our retail partnerships and marketplace presence!

In this role, you’ll monitor sales, fine-tune product listings, analyze performance trends, and tackle marketplace challenges—all while collaborating with a team that thrives on innovation and problem-solving.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Product Setup and Content Optimization: Oversees the setup and maintenance of new products on all platforms. Updates product content seasonally for SEO optimizations. Gathers product details and assets, including photos and copy, to ensure comprehensive and optimized listings.
2. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitors order flows, ensures orders are processed and shipped as planned. Monitors sales performance by Retail Partner and Brand. Performs partner site audits. Ensures product compliance and monitors accounts.
3. In-Season and Post-Season Analysis: Conducts sales performance reviews. Monitors Inventory and Pricing Management: Monitors inventory availability and updates retailer allocations based on sales performance.
4. Accounting Reconciliation: Collects and organizes reconciliation forms for accounting purposes.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2-5 years relevant experience in eCommerce
• Expertise in content optimization
• Familiarity with eCommerce KPIs (Traffic, AOV, Conversion Rate)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with marketplace tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.)
• Ability to learn and train the team on new tools
• Attention to detail and proactive approach to task management
