Full-Time Industry Insights Manager (Liquor)

You will make a difference by partnering with clients and using data to explain brand performance and improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understanding client marketing/sales strategies, needs, problems, and growth opportunities.
2. Defining business issues, interpreting project briefings, and developing hypotheses.
3. Delivering actionable insights using data, aligning with contractual commitments.
4. Managing client expectations, ensuring alignment on timelines, milestones, and outcomes.
5. Sharing thought leadership on FMCG trends and consumer behavior.
6. Acting as an expert on pricing, promotions, range, innovation.
7. Supporting account development and consultative selling.
8. Ensuring high client satisfaction to support contract renewals.
9. Identifying business opportunities and demonstrating how NielsenIQ can address them.
10. Supporting commercial teams in client meetings, showcasing capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in measurement or data analytics.
• Strong consultative skills.
• Deep awareness of market conditions and client businesses.
• Strong planning and servicing skills.
• Experience working with clients to solve business issues.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
