Full-Time Influencer Marketing Specialist (iGaming)

We are seeking an Influencer Affiliate/Marketing Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in the iGaming niche. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Indonesian market, including the audience, platforms, social media channels, and formats that engage local players.

Your main responsibilities will be:

1. Identify and collaborate with high quality key influencers on YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Instagram, analyze statistics of the campaign effect
2. Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign performance, and analyze data to optimize activation and content strategies
3. Manage communications with influencers, provide necessary creatives, or brief the design team for creative needs
4. Negotiate and finalize deals with influencers on a different basis
5. Source and conduct outreach to relevant influencers on a large scale.

Must-have skills:

• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia
• English (Upper-Intermediate and above)
• Proven experience in influencer marketing
• Experience in networking with local affiliates, influencers, bloggers, and streamers
• Experience with revenue share models
• Strong understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and trends in the iGaming market, particularly in the Indonesian context
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and influencer marketing best practices
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and design
