Full-Time Infrastructure Engineer

We’re looking for a network-focused Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, optimize, and secure our cloud environments.

As we transition to a cloud-first model, this role will architect scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure, ensuring seamless workload migration and integrating new cloud environments.

With a focus on core cloud infrastructure (networking, identity & access management, security, storage, compute, and cross-cloud integrations), you will collaborate closely with peers to ensure our cloud environment adheres to best practices, governance frameworks, and automation-first principles.

What you will do:

• Automate deployment of environments using Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Support platform engineering and application development teams with troubleshooting, provisioning, and maintenance.
• Deploy, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure in Azure, AWS, and managed Colo.
• Configure and manage virtual networks, including IP addressing, routing, firewall rules, and load balancing.
• Maintain network topology using IPAM, enabling integration testing and flexibility for future environments.
• Implement Direct Connect, Express Route, and VPN technologies for secure connections.
• Ensure security framework adherence (SOC2, Hi-Trust, FEDRAMP etc.)

What you need to succeed:

• 5+ years of infrastructure management or platform engineering experience
• Experience in automation, networking, and general IT infrastructure
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing and network technologies
• Strong communication skills
• Competency with compute technologies (Azure VMs, EC2, VMware vSphere), network security (Azure - VNets, NSG, AGW; AWS - VPC, TGW, Peering, SG, ALB, NLB, NextGen FW, VPN), storage (Azure Files & Blob, Amazon S3), automation tools (Ansible Automation Platform, Terraform, Git), core technologies (Windows & Linux, DNS/IPAM, Active Directory), and other technologies mentioned.
