Full-Time Insider Risk Senior Analyst/SME

We are looking for a Senior level Insider Risk Analyst to help develop and implement Insider Risk Management (IRM) strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) to identify, assess, and mitigate insider threats using AI-powered tools.
• Build relationships across business lines to implement AI-driven insider risk solutions.
• Initiate and develop requirements for complex programs, providing strategic advice.
• Conduct risk assessments, identifying critical assets and vulnerabilities.
• Lead cross-functional team operations.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for high-risk insider cases.
• Oversee the development of insider threat detection frameworks.
• Provide detailed analysis and recommendations for improvements.
• Represent the IRO team in meetings, translating findings into executive-level insights.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in IT, CS or related field with 7-10+ years of experience.
• Insider Risk expertise
• Utilize AI-powered platforms like User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA).
• Develop and optimize AI models to refine detection capabilities.
• Proven leadership ability to direct multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of cyber telemetry and insider risk indicators.
• Excellent communication and executive briefing skills.
• Familiarity with legal, ethical, and privacy considerations.
• Experience in developing operational playbooks.
• Ensure compliance and promote awareness for AI/ML.
• Develop and deliver training to educate employees about security policies.
• Graduate certificates, specifically in Insider Risk Management and Mitigation
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and applications.
• Hands-on experience in insider threat analysis.
