Full-Time INSPECTIONS ENGINEER (CSWIP 3.1)

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control daily job operations under supervision.
• Provide technical advice and assistance for inspections to meet client requirements.
• Attend site visits for inspections/testing (if needed).
• Perform and lead inspections per client requirements.
• Review and verify equipment/piping GA drawings.
• Markup P&ID drawings and update in AutoCAD.
• Prepare draft and final inspection reports.
• Review final reports.
• Assist Operations Manager in scheduling, manpower control/allocation.
• Assist in business development via client interaction.
• Accept/issue job instructions and control special operations.
• Develop/train staff to required expertise.
• Ensure operations comply with client health/safety requirements.
• Implement department quality system per QA Manual.
• Adhere to applicable QMS (ISO 17020, MIBAS, ISO 17065, ACB, ISO 17025, SAMM).
• Adhere to SGS HSE Policy.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• College degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• CSWIP 3.1 certification.
• 2+ years' experience (or fresh graduate).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Team player & leader.
• Supervisory skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, & interpersonal skills.
• Independent problem-solving.
• Continuous Improvement focus.
• Fluent English & local language.
• Adherence to SGS standards of ethics and integrity.
• Proven experience in a leadership role (preferred)
