Contractor Instructional Designer

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to help us develop high-quality e-learning modules.

As an instructional designer, you'll be responsible for transforming existing knowledge into engaging e-learning modules that effectively communicate content to our audience.

1. Develop e-learning modules aligned with project goals and client requirements.
2. Collaborate with the production team to understand video content and translate it into an e-learning concept.
3. Research the target audience to present module content attractively.
4. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
5. Adapt and refine modules based on client and production team feedback.

Requirements:

• Experience building e-learning modules in modern web-based tools (e.g., Easygenerator, Articulate Rise).
• Experience editing videos in Premiere Pro or a similar application.
• Strong writing skills (clear, engaging, and concise text).
• Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• High attention to detail (pixel-perfect deliverables).
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity to generate new ideas and concepts.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Training and Career Path:

Upon joining, you'll receive training on our client's products. You'll also learn about scriptwriting, video editing, and course development. Your mentor, an experienced e-learning expert, will guide you.

You will continue to learn about e-learning and our client's products. You will improve existing content and promote our services.
