Job Details
We are looking for an Instructional Designer to help us develop high-quality e-learning modules.
As an instructional designer, you'll be responsible for transforming existing knowledge into engaging e-learning modules that effectively communicate content to our audience.
- Develop e-learning modules aligned with project goals and client requirements.
- Collaborate with the production team to understand video content and translate it into an e-learning concept.
- Research the target audience to present module content attractively.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Adapt and refine modules based on client and production team feedback.
Requirements:
- Experience building e-learning modules in modern web-based tools (e.g., Easygenerator, Articulate Rise).
- Experience editing videos in Premiere Pro or a similar application.
- Strong writing skills (clear, engaging, and concise text).
- Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
- High attention to detail (pixel-perfect deliverables).
- Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Creativity to generate new ideas and concepts.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Training and Career Path:
Upon joining, you'll receive training on our client's products. You'll also learn about scriptwriting, video editing, and course development. Your mentor, an experienced e-learning expert, will guide you.
You will continue to learn about e-learning and our client's products. You will improve existing content and promote our services.
