Full-Time Intelligence Analyst, Risk & Investigations

Sportradar Integrity Services is a leading provider of sports integrity solutions. Risk & Investigations supports partners in identifying and investigating integrity threats.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct due diligence and complex intelligence-led investigations using an all-source approach.
• Collect, analyze, and evaluate sensitive information and datasets.
• Perform advanced Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) research and analysis.
• Produce intelligence reports (short and extensive).
• Develop and maintain intelligence holdings and datasets.
• Contribute to Human Intelligence (HUMINT) source identification, cultivation, and management.
• Collaborate with Sportradar functions to protect business operations.
• Maintain client, partner, and international law enforcement relationships.

Profile:

• Relevant experience in research, due diligence, intelligence, or investigations.
• Understanding and using platforms/systems.
• Data interpretation and analysis skills, strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in OSINT tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Meticulous attention to detail, note-taking, and record-keeping.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Adaptability to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (other languages beneficial).
• Experience handling diverse and large datasets.
• Presentation and meeting leadership skills.
• Knowledge of HUMINT tradecraft desirable.
• Confidentiality and security awareness.
• Motivated, self-starter, and inquisitive.
• Understanding of global sports and related corruption issues.
• Knowledge of integrity initiatives.
