About the Role
KAIZEN is looking for an Internal Process Auditor to ensure internal compliance across services such as PPMs, AMCs, and Building Insurances. Champion ISO 9001:2015 standards, lead internal audits, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal Audit Coordination: Plan, schedule, and execute ISO 9001:2015 internal audits.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance of AMCs, PPMs, and insurances.
- Documentation & QMS Management: Maintain, update, and improve QMS documentation and SOPs.
- Risk & Non-Conformity Management: Identify, escalate, and resolve risks.
- Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and present monthly audit reports.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements and follow up on corrective actions.
- ISO Engagement & Training: Stay updated on ISO standards and deliver awareness sessions.
- Cost Management: Conduct cost analysis and assist with budgeting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal auditing or quality management.
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification.
- Experience in facilities management, AMC/PPM operations, or insurance compliance.
