Are you looking for a valuable internship with a global BPO leader? Bosch Service Solutions is seeking a passionate Intern for the HR department specializing in International Recruitment.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR operations, focusing on International Recruitment & Talent Acquisition.
• Assist in developing and delivering HR services (Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Retention).
• Use communication techniques for interviews with international candidates.
• Qualify vacancies with Recruiters/Hiring Managers.
• Coordinate interview schedules and Role Plays.
• Source and review resumes, monitor candidates.
• Support HR team with accurate administrative processes.
• Post positions on appropriate platforms and manage postings.
• Assist with Employee Engagement activities.
• Support the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding).

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate student in HR, Business, or Communications.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills, able to handle stress professionally.
• Team player to ensure candidate satisfaction and recruitment goals.
• C1 English proficiency. Multiple languages (Spanish is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Full-time availability (39 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm).
• Available for 5-6 month internship starting March 2025.
• Based in Barcelona for meetings/trainings.
• NIE number required before start date.
• Provide internship agreement and valid accident insurance.
