Are you seeking a valuable internship opportunity with a global leader in BPO? Bosch Service Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented HR Intern focused on International Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily HR operations with a focus on international recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Build relationships with international candidates through communication (phone/in-person).
• Qualify vacancies, define criteria, and manage the interview process.
• Coordinate schedules and conduct role-plays.
• Source and review resumes; track candidates through the hiring process.
• Ensure accuracy of data and administrative processes.
• Provide administrative support for the HR team.
• Post positions on relevant platforms and monitor their performance.
• Participate in employee engagement activities.
• Support the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding).

Qualifications:

• Current undergraduate student in HR, Business, or Communications with an emphasis on HR.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stress professionally and effectively.
• Teamwork focus, ensuring candidate and recruitment goals are met.
• C1 Level English fluency; multiple language skills (Spanish) desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Available for a five to six-month internship starting in March 2025.
• Available for full-time (39 hours/week) work, Monday-Friday (9 am-6 pm).
• Based in Barcelona (for internal meetings, trainings).
• NIE number required before starting.
• Provide internship agreement and valid accident insurance.
• Visa sponsorship not available.
