Full-Time Investor Reporting Analyst

The Role:The Investor Reporting Analyst will prepare and distribute financial reports to investors and internal stakeholders by compiling, reconciling, and validating data from various sources. The role involves ensuring compliance, performing daily reconciliations, improving reporting processes, and assisting with audits and loan servicing projects.

Responsibilities

1. Collect financial data from multiple systems, performing data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy in investor reports.
2. Perform daily reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies between internal records and investor reporting data. This will include investigating and addressing any reporting errors or exceptions.
3. Complete reporting within SLA timeline.
4. Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, automate tasks, and enhance efficiency.
5. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and investors.
6. Coordinate and support audits.
7. Assist with other Loan Servicing projects, reporting and reconciliations as time permits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Fiserv Premier is required.
• Two plus years of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac reporting experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with financial reporting software and database management tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy and attention to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with investors and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements for investor reporting
• Advanced MS Excel experience required.
• Self-Starter, Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact with Senior Management and other business units.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
