Full-Time IT Functional Analyst - Information Security IAM

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owner to define and document requirements for an access rights management application.
• Understand business needs and translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create business process workflows and system designs as per collected requirements.
• Develop requirements into user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria for the Scrum team.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and Scrum team using Agile methodology.
• Use Cucumber or similar tool to document and verify application functionality with Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
• Assist in defining test cases and validating developed functionalities to ensure alignment with approved requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation of the developed application.
• Conduct UAT testing to validate implementation of the requirements.
• Analyse existing access control processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
• Ensure solutions adhere to IAM policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Provide functional expertise in IAM tools and platforms for optimal configuration and performance.
• Collaborate with Operations to troubleshoot access management issues.
• Conduct meetings, training sessions, and workshops for key users for smooth adoption.
• Participate in requirement elicitation and understanding of other solutions within the Identity and Access domain.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IAM.

• BE/ B.Tech /MCA or equivalent degree.
• Proficiency in English.
• 3-7 years of experience as a Business/Functional Analyst.
• Experience with UML, Visio, Draw.io for domain models and activity diagrams.
• Experience decomposing large functional requirements into independent user stories.
• Experience with functional designs and user journey tools.
• Experience with agile development platforms like Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
• Experience in User Training and Application Demonstrations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
