Full-Time IT GRC Analyst (Cyber Contract Management)

• Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business leadership and Legal to review terms and conditions.
• Track risk remediations and monitor remediation efforts.
• Educate and raise awareness on risks and controls.
• Contribute to program enhancements and drive automation.
• Maintain understanding of organization objectives and risks.
• Stay abreast of current and emerging information risks.
• Perform related duties to support GRC and cybersecurity program needs.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk, or Compliance.
• Knowledge of IT Risk Frameworks such as NIST, ISO, CSA, PCI.
• Knowledge of contracting lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong analytic skills.
• Experience with process management systems.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.

• Desired Characteristics:
• Ability to prioritize activities based on business criticality.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
• Ability to understand the big picture and align activities to business objectives.
• Industry certifications such as CRISC or CISA are a plus.
