Imagine more for your career in games! Keywords Studios is looking for a Japanese Customer Support Agent to provide assistance to players by solving their queries and providing excellent customer service.
What will you do?
- Solve player queries about the game
- Provide top-notch customer service
- Use investigative skills and ticketing system
- Respond to inquiries through email and chat
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Provide feedback to the development team
You are an ideal candidate if:
- You have excellent Japanese language skills, especially in writing (JLPT N1 level)
- You are proficient in English
- You are available to commute to our Tokyo office when necessary
- You are familiar with MS Office or Google Suite apps
- You are ready to work full-time, 5 days a week, including weekends and shifts
Bonus points for:
- Previous experience in Customer Service
