Full-Time Jr. Business Intelligence Analyst

Salary Range: Up to $72,400 yearly. Pay rate varies based on skills, experience, and location.

Overview: Seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst. Responsible for producing financial and market intelligence via data querying and report generation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis: Query data repositories for financial and market analysis.
2. Report Generation: Create and distribute periodic reports on financial and market trends.
3. Trend Identification: Identify data patterns and trends in available information sources.
4. Data Visualization: Present complex data in an understandable format using visualization tools.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to understand data needs and provide support.
6. Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and integrity for analysis and reporting.
7. Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to analysis processes and reporting tools.

Required Experience/Skills:

• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.
• SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Familiarity with statistical software (R, Python - beneficial).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Financial analysis and market research experience.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools.
• Cloud data platform experience (AWS, Azure - plus).

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.

Clearance Requirement: US Citizenship, active Public Trust or ability to obtain one.

Additional Notes: Full-time remote role in Washington metropolitan area.
